Principal Health & Safety Consultant

Luci holds a BA (Hons.) in Hospitality Management and a NEBOSH Diploma. She is a graduate member of IOSH working towards chartered membership. She also holds a FPA Fire Risk Assessment Certificate.

Luci has over five years of health and safety experience. Before joining System Concepts she worked in the public and private sectors.  She is currently seconded by System Concepts to EY as a health and safety manager.

She provides ongoing support and advice, using her analytical and technical skills to help improve health and safety at work, providing practical solutions and promoting continuous improvement.

Luci specialises in:

  • Developing and delivering health and safety training.
  • Developing and reviewing policies and procedures, including arrangements and responsibilities for managing health and safety.
  • Conducting generic and specific risk assessments and providing guidance and advice.
  • Carrying out health and safety audits on a variety of topics, to ensure statutory compliance.
