Design Sprints

Inspiration to ideate and create

When our clients have an objective, they talk and we listen. We listen to their project challenges, where they are now and where they want to be. There are times when a project screams Design Sprint! Our Design Sprints are based on Jake Knapp’s methods and are collaborative processes for validating ideas and tackling challenges through prototyping and testing. Let’s just say they are fun…and full on.

Bringing your team together to make decisions

We can’t possibly get all of our key stakeholders in a room for five days, you say? Yep, we know. The biggest difference between the original Design Sprint and the Design Sprint 2.0 is that the process can be condensed into four days, with your stakeholders needed for only two of these. During these four days, we will help you map, sketch, decide, and storyboard, and work closely with you as we prototype and test the solutions.

Not a “one size fits all” approach

Launching straight into a Design Sprint isn’t always the answer and sometimes more research on your customers is needed up front, or it may be that your challenge simply cannot be tackled in 4 days. We’re big fans of Design Sprints at System Concepts and have used the process to help inform our own ideas and those of clients. But, and that’s a big but, we have also successfully used techniques from the Sprint process to supplement our other research methods, depending on the needs of our clients’ project.
