User Experience & Usability

multicoloured question marksHear our consultants speaking at a key accessibility event: London, Thursday 16th May

To mark the eighth Global Accessibility Awareness Day on Thursday 16 May 2019, two of our UX and ergonomics consultants will be speaking at an event hosted by the User Experience Professionals Association’s (UXPA) London chapter.

Explore the interplay of digital and physical accessibility in product and service design

During their talk for Global Accessibility Awareness Day 2019, They will be drawing on examples from across a range of System Concepts’ projects to explore digital and physical accessibility in product and service design.

Expect to learn about the interplay of digital and physical experiences across the customer journey, and how accessibility can be considered holistically by looking at the bigger picture, and not just the finer details of digital and physical design.
