Two purpose built labs for user experience research
Whether you’re running your own UX research or we’re running it for you, conducting it in purpose built user experience research labs will help you get the most from your sessions.
We have years of research experience, and know just what makes a good space for usability and user research. We have designed the equipment and viewing facility so that observers get a clear picture of screens, interactions and participant reactions. Our viewing rooms can seat up to 8 in air-conditioned comfort.
Central London location
Our labs are located in Central London within easy reach of Charing Cross and Waterloo main line stations, with four tube stations within a 5-10 minute walk. And if you need a break from the research, there is the Savoy hotel next door, shopping in Covent Garden or a walk by the river nearby.
Flexibility for all types of user experience and accessibility research
Our lab equipment offers flexibility to research a range of products, from paper prototypes and mobile apps through to physical devices.
We can set up our rooms to accommodate 1-2-1 usability/interview sessions or focus groups, providing you with ‘picture in picture’ recordings of these sessions. Your team can watch the sessions together live from our collaboration room, or we can provide secure remote streaming over the internet. Our labs are accessible, and we can also run accessibility research using a range of assistive technology (such as screen reading software for visually impaired users).
Cost to hire user experience research labs
The cost of hiring our user experience research labs starts from £750 (ex vat)per day. This includes standard lab setup with observation room, meeting and greeting participants, and support and refreshments as needed during the day. We also provide add-on services (e.g. recruiting participants; remote streaming sessions; organising lunch; etc) if needed, at an additional cost.
