Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Factors Design from Loughborough University and is also a qualified personal trainer and Les Mills instructor, demonstrating her passion for human performance and wellbeing.
With a deep commitment to evidence-based design, Sarah places users at the heart of every product and service decision.
Her career spans across different industries including automotive, ecommerce, and the charity sector where she has worked across both physical and digital environments to improve user experience through the lens of human factors.
Sarah has led multidisciplinary teams to uncover problem statements, shape robust research questions and drive design strategies that elevate both customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
She has successfully embedded service design methodologies within large organisations, creating key design standards and has upskilled teams to deliver customer centric products and services.
Sarah brings both strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise, helping organisations craft experiences that are not only usable, but truly human-centred.
