Health & Safety Administrator

Before joining System Concepts, Aline worked in Facilities Management, Office administration, and the Public Relations/Events industry.

Aline is responsible for providing project support to our onsite consultants at EY. Aline supports various health and safety, ergonomics, and business resilience projects.

Aline specialises in:

  • Using workplace ergonomics practices to address health, safety, and well-being issues.
  • Supporting the implementation of hybrid working policies and practices.
  • Providing training to duty holders in fire safety and health and safety.
  • Monitoring the implementation of risk assessments and their outputs.
  • Administration of emergency notification systems.
  • Analysing and monitoring international travel risks.
  • Performing pandemic and ill health data analysis.
