Usability testing
Testing with real users is the key to usable systems. Even early prototypes and mock-ups can be tested under controlled conditions in our facility to identify usability problems and highlight ways of improving the user experience. However most value is obtained when there is a working prototype or design which allows users to perform real tasks.
Usability testing is an essential part of our user centred design approach. This approach, based on ISO 13407, aims to:
- improve customer satisfaction
- increase your sales
- reduce your development times and costs.
Testing can be conducted in our central London usability testing facilities which are designed for usability and accessibility testing of a wide range of products and systems including PC and Mac based websites, TV and other digital media. We can transport our usability lab equipment to other locations, where appropriate. For our international comparative testing, we regularly use laboratories in France, Spain and Germany.
