Our approach

  • We use our own multi-lingual London-based consultants
  • We hire suitable test facilities in the target country and arrange for participant recruitment
  • Our consultants travel to the test sites to conduct the study
  • Results are presented in a clear, practical, actionable format
  • Depending on the language mix and your priorities, we offer two alternative testing formats:
    • If time is critical, we can conduct multi-language testing in different locations simultaneously
    • For maximum consistency between locations, we have a number of consultants with different language mixes, so the same consultant conducts the testing across several locations.
  • Other languages can be accommodated using partner agencies or interpreters.
