User centred design (intensive 2 day course)
This two day intensive course provides you with tips, tools and techniques to help you understand who your customers are and what they want from the end-product you deliver.  It is ideal for designers and developers who are responsible for delivering products or websites, providing theory, case studies and examples as well as hands-on activities for participants to practice their new skills.  This course is accredited by the Ergonomics Society at level 2, ideal for continuous professional development. 

Introduction to user centred design
This one day course explains how a user centred design approach can help your business and explains the processes involved. It is designed to give project managers an overview of techniques to help them understand who their customers are and what they want a product to deliver.

Usability awareness briefing
This half-day course is designed for senior managers who want an introduction to usability and its benefits. If your development team has little contact with end users, problems reconciling and meeting the requirements of different internal departments or your end product needs to be efficient and easy for people to use, then you probably need to find out more about usability techniques.

Usability training modules
Since all businesses and all projects are different, System Concepts has produced 17 different usability training modules covering all areas of usability, which can be combined to give you a course, or courses, tailored to meet the needs of your staff exactly. Each module can be delivered at one of three intensity levels, and the number of modules selected to provide training lasting from half a day to three days, maximising the relevance of the material and the impact of the training.
