Localisation versus Globalisation: Making the tradeoffFind out how successful international designers meet both the general needs of a large group of global users, and the specific language and cultural needs of smaller groups of local users in this half-day tutorial.
Usability training modulesSince all businesses and all projects are different, System Concepts has produced 17 different usability training modules covering all areas of usability, which can be combined to give you a course, or courses, tailored to meet the needs of your staff exactly. Each module can be delivered at one of three intensity levels, and the number of modules selected to provide training lasting from half a day to three days, maximising the relevance of the material and the impact of the training.
Usability awareness briefingThis half-day course is designed for project managers who want an introduction to usability and its benefits. If your development team has little contact with end users, problems reconciling and meeting the requirements of different internal departments or your end product needs to be efficient and easy for people to use, then you probably need to find out more about usability techniques.
User centred design (intensive 2 day course)This two day intensive course provides you with tips, tools and techniques to help you understand who your customers are and what they want from the end-product you deliver. The course can be customised to meet the overall needs of your business, and those of specific project teams, using examples from your own business. It provides theory, case studies and examples as well as hands-on activities for participants to practice their new skills.
