Practical Industrial Ergonomics - I is a one day industrial training course which will give participants a practical understanding of the ergonomic principles which can be applied to prevent upper limb and back injuries. A comprehensive reference manual and checklists are provided.

This course is highly interactive with many different group activities. It uses slides and video (taken from the client site when the course is customised) to reinforce the ergonomics principles presented. Key elements of the course are:

The course costs £1,700 + VAT for up to 16 participants, a cost of £106 + VAT per head for a full course.  Customisation costs from £900.
