The course can either be completed as a non-accredited course without assessment or as an IEHF accredited course. For accreditation participants must complete a test at the end of the course. The IEHF will then provide certificates to successful participants.
We also run this course in-house where it can be tailored to use examples and procedures from your own business. It can also be extended to run over three days to include time for participants to work through situations in their own business under the supervision of the tutor.
