World Usability Day 2012 at System Concepts

To celebrate World Usability Day 2012, System Concepts has been talking to clients and members of the public about their views on the usability of financial systems.

Advances in technology and changes in the financial system are leading to new ways in which we can manage and deal with our finances.

We wanted to get customers' opinions on some of these changes and find out how they are affecting the customer experience. We carried out an on-line survey and collected feedback through VoxPops in London to get a snapshot of public opinion on the new mobile financial services.

This video is brief summary of the research plus discussions with customers and mobile experts on the latest on-line banking services available for mobiles, such as Near Field Communication (NFC), virtual wallets and QR scanners.
