We offer both a one day course which gives an overview of the benefits of this approach and an introduction to the techniques and an intensive two day course which gives detailed guidance, in-depth case studies, examples and hands-on activities.

Creating Accessible Websites
This course is designed to help organisations benefit from making their website accessible to everyone.It will provide an understanding of the problems disabled people have with websites, demonstrate how to assess the accessibility of your own website using guidelines and checklists, describe how to involve disabled users in the design process, suggest the types of solutions that can be implemented to improve accessibility and provide tips on organising accessibility testing with disabled users. The two day course covers the topics in more detail, with practical examples and exercises and the chance for participants to try out the assistive technology for themselves.
Our courses incorporate the PAS 78 Guide to Good Practice in Commissioning Accessible Websites recently published by the British Standards Institution and will include up to date information on Version 2 of the WCAG Guidelines on accessibility as soon as they are published.
