Job Description 

We are seeking health and safety consultants/trainers to fill permanent positions at one of our major client sites.  The positions are based in Central London and provide health and safety support services to a client of System Concepts - a large financial services sector company employing 7,000 staff UK wide, with approximately 5,000 staff in London.

Duties will include:

• managing implementation and compliance with the client’s health and safety framework
• motivating people  the importance of health and safety
• providing advice and guidance
• dealing with client staff at all levels to promote a good health and safety culture throughout the firm
• delivering health and safety briefings and training
• conducting audits, risk assessments and inspections. 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a dynamic and positive individual with some real-world health and safety experience who:

• holds the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• is at least a Tech IOSH, preferably Grad IOSH or CMIOSH
• has a relevant degree 
• can work without supervision
• has excellent communication skills
• can motivate and influence people
• can develop and present effective training courses.

An ergonomics qualification (BSc or MSc) would be an advantage and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Package

We offer a competitive salary up to £35k, profit-sharing bonuses, non-contributory pension,  a minimum of 20 days holiday and in the longer term the chance to own shares in the company.
