Sedef Gavaz

Sedef specialises in:

•  conducting research with the business and the user to inform strategy
• evaluating the user and customer experience and identifying opportunities for improvement and practical solutions
• developing customised UCD training courses 
• working with clients to integrate human centred design approaches into their business
• project and programme leadership.

Biography

Sedef is a Principal Consultant with System Concepts.  In addition to her account management role, she has worked with a range of clients and sectors to conduct research and define the user and customer experience.  Sedef has a degree in Biology (including modules in computer science and psychology) from University College London and studied towards a PhD in Classification and Taxonomy at the University of Oxford.  

Sedef is well practiced in a range of different UX research methods such as user testing, co-designing and card sorting.
Sedef previously worked as a UX Consultant, User Experience Architect and Information Architect.

Client Projects / Case Studies

Since being with System Concepts, Sedef has worked on a number of projects including:

• Facilitating iterative concept testing for a global electronics manufacturer
• Conducting user testing for a wide range of clients
• Account management for a client and system that enables international flight, hotel and car booking
• Account management of an in-house team at O2 to turn around weekly test sessions.
