Ali is responsible for:

- dealing with suppliers and service providers

- providing ongoing support to consultants and Board members.
Biography
Ali is the office manager at System Concepts. She is primarily responsible for efficiently managing workflow as well as organisation and co-ordination of the office. She deals with suppliers and service providers daily and is a qualified first aider and fire warden.
Since joining System Concepts in 2006, Ali has provided a reliable and highly professional support function to the internal consultants and external clients. She has also provided project management and co-ordination functions for training, advisory and assessment programmes for a variety of clients including the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), Workplace Health Connect and Humantech.
She is continuously involved with supplying training material and administration to all, and manages a busy schedule of tasks including:
- accurately monitoring diaries and schedules
- acting as the initial point of contact and providing assistance and information to office visitors and clients
- efficiently answering and fielding telephone enquiries
- producing and delivering timely reports to clients and the internal management Board
- accounting for testing incentives and receipts ensuring availability and timetables are adhered to
- ordering levels of various office supplies whilst monitoring costs
- providing ongoing support to consultants, Board members and clients
- event organisation and co-ordination for monthly company meetings, away weekends and corporate functions.
