Biography
Whan is a consultant with System Concepts. He holds a BA degree in Psychology from Yonsei University, and an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from University College London. He is a member of the Ergonomics Society, the Usability Professionals’ Association and the Korean Psychological Association (KPA). He is a certified Industrial/Organisational Psychologist accredited by the KPA.
Prior to joining System Concepts, Whan has experience as a research analyst – designing and conducting experiments, analysing statistical data and administering IT equipment. He also acquired knowledge of designing psychometric tests and questionnaires from his experience of being involved in a development centre project.
