Ali is responsible for:

  • training material production
  • providing ongoing support to consultants and Board members. 

 

Biography

Ali Everett is the office manager at System Concepts.  She is primarily responsible for efficiently managing workflow as well as organisation and co-ordination of the office.  She deals with suppliers and service providers daily and is a qualified first aider and fire warden.

Since joining System Concepts in 2006, Ali has provided a reliable and highly professional support function to the internal consultants and external clients.  She has also provided project management and co-ordination functions for training, advisory and assessment programmes for a variety of clients including the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and Workplace Health Connect. 

She is continuously involved with supplying training material and administration to all, and manages a busy schedule of tasks including:

  • accurately maintaining and issuing diaries and schedules
  • managing the lone worker/travelling for work safety system
  • acting as the first point of contact and providing assistance and information to office visitors and clients
  • efficiently answering and fielding telephone enquiries
  • producing and delivering timely reports to clients and the internal management Board
  • accounting for testing monies and receipts ensuring availability and timetables are adhered to
  • ordering levels of supplies whilst monitoring costs
  • providing ongoing support to consultants, board members and clients
  • event organisation and co-ordination for monthly company meetings, away weekends and corporate functions.
